After spending 4 years managing restaurants, Brandon felt it was time to move into a different industry. In 1997 he began his real estate career as a new homes sales professional. After 4 years of front line sales success working with builders in many communities around the Maryland area, Brandon moved into the role of Marketing Director for multiple builders in the Maryland and Pennsylvania markets. When the market shifted Brandon felt it was time to expand his business into general brokerage. If you’re looking for a dream home that’s ready to move into, or the home that needs extensive work, he can help you find it. Brandon’s extensive experience with new home sales makes him an effective listing agent when it comes time to sell your current home. Brandon will help you traverse through the snags and pitfalls that make buying and selling real-estate so challenging in today’s market. With a background in critical care nursing, Kiahna is a true advocate for her clients. Her education, expertise in caring for others, and empathetic nature radiate from the beginning of the process to the end. Kiahna grew up in Southern Maryland and moved to Baltimore City at age 18. She has an ADN from CCBC Catonsville, as well as a BSN from Towson University. Kiahna enjoys gardening, picnics at Patterson Park, and spending time with friends and family.
