We were extremely lucky to have Brandon guiding us through both our house buying and house selling experiences. First, we leaned heavily on Brandon's experience throughout our new home's construction. He consistently gave us good advice on working with the builder. Then Brandon helped us again when we decided to renovate and sell our townhouse. The required repairs seemed overwhelming, but Brandon came to our rescue. He called in carpet/floor people, window people, granite countertop people and a general contractor for new bathrooms and everything else. We didn't have to interview contractors or compare bids. And then after all that, Brandon went on to sell our townhouse at a great price that more than covered the cost of the renovations - all during a pandemic!
